Artwork Statement 作品簡介 

"Flowing Stream, Unceasing Port (Hong Kong)" precisely captures the eternal pulse of this international harbor city using dynamically blurred black-and-white imagery. In the frame, towering buildings are stretched into vague, hazy forms by the passage of time, while vehicle traffic and pedestrians, captured through long exposure, dissolve into continuous, ceaseless lines. The term "Flowing Stream" (川流) in the title reflects this indomitable vitality, and "Unceasing Port" (港不息) directly refers to the city's relentless rhythm of commerce and life. The black-and-white aesthetic filters out the distraction of color, thereby intensifying the urban core's bustling, overwhelming energy and the essential nature of time's hurried passage, ultimately demonstrating the tenacious will of a metropolis in perpetual motion. 

「香川流，港不息」以動態模糊的黑白影像，精準捕捉了香港這座國際港口的永恆脈動。畫面中，高聳的樓宇被時間拉伸得虛幻朦朧，車流與行人在長曝光下化為川流不息的線條。 標題中的「川流」映照著這種不屈不撓的生命力，「港不息」則直指城市永不停歇的商業與生活節奏。黑白視覺效果濾除了色彩的干擾，強化了都會核心的忙碌、壓倒性的能量，以及時間在其中匆忙流逝的本質，呈現出大都會持續運轉的堅韌意志。 

About Artist 關於藝術家 

Tang Kai Ming is a versatile artist, designer, and creator of the "Rice Ball Panda Family" IP. A former Art Director turned educator, he serves as the official artist for the "Little Van Gogh" program and exhibited his works at the Comix Arts Fest 2025. 

鄧啟明是集設計師、畫家及藝術導師於一身的多棲藝術家。他深耕廣告界逾二十年，後轉向純藝術。其重要貢獻包括受任**「小小梵高」官方藝術家**推廣藝術教育，並創立受歡迎的註冊 IP 「湯圓熊貓家」；該系列手繪作品更於 2025 年入選香港藝術中心「動漫藝術節」。
