Guide to Purchase Artwork

Important Notice on Artwork Colours
Please be aware that the colours of artworks displayed online may differ slightly from the physical pieces due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and digital rendering. We make every reasonable effort to present each artwork as accurately as possible; however, minor variations are to be expected. 

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and FPS as methods of payment. Transaction details will be provided when you proceed with your purchase. Please refer to the buying page for instructions on FPS payments. 

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is the default option and is available for all fully paid orders. Please present a printed copy of your confirmation email upon collection. Orders may be collected from 30-31 March 2026 at Hong Kong Arts Centre, Pao Galleries, 5/F, 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shipping Policy
Local delivery is not available. For international shipping enquiries, please contact collecthk@hkac.org.hk for further details. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs regulations, taxes, and duties beyond our control. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their country of residence and for any additional costs, taxes, or duties that may arise. 

Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase has been confirmed.
