When we look at stars above our head, we would wonder how the stars look like.

Are there any plains and valley? Are there any water? How deep can we see? Are there any living things? What are the combination of gases that form the atmosphere?

This work is about a celestial body. When I look at it, I can see the plains that form at different angles, and I use my eyes to walk along the plains, I walk from one plain to another plain and I wonder how much time I have spent on walking through it.
Now I can come closer to the Chinese saying: one day in a mountain and a thousand years on Earth.

Grace (Ying Mui) Tang received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London and Master of Information System Design from Westminster University. 
 
She has engaged in artistic creation in Hong Kong since 2006 and has been regularly exhibiting. In 2009, she was awarded the Art Education Award by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council for leading the education part of the Art Container Project. In 2013, she was invited by Adidas to become an art ambassador. She became the artist in residence in the Hong Kong Lingnan University. And at 2016, she was invited to participate in the exhibition held at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum at the Fourth Hong Kong International Photography Festival. She is also grantee of several exhibitions and artist’s book publication from Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
