Artist Statement

Harris LEE is a Fine Art (Painting) graduate from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University. His work focuses on the human form, exploring its aesthetic and historical significance. He is particularly interested in how the perception of the nude body has evolved—once regarded as sacred and natural, now often seen as controversial. Through his work, he aims to present the body in its simplest, most unembellished state, inviting viewers to reconsider their perspectives.

Currently working as a secondary school art teacher, Harris continues to refine his artistic practice while sharing his knowledge with students. He hopes to gain more experience through exhibitions and creative projects, allowing his work to reach a wider audience.
