Artist Statement

畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術碩士，郭佩兒（Esther）是一個香港首飾藝術家。她認為首飾的可貴之處不止於物料價值，而是背後的故事。透過不同物料組合及象徵符號，反思觀者與首飾佩戴者的關係。

Graduated with a Master of Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University, Esther Kwok Pui Yi is a Hong Kong jewellery artist who believes jewellery is more than just material value, but the story behind it. She rethinks the relationship between viewers and wearers by combining different materials and symbols.
