"Heart of Knot"

The artwork is sculpted from Chinese white marble(Han White Jade), known for its flawless purity and jade-like warmth, symbolizing purity, steadfastness, and eternity. These qualities resonate deeply with the theme of "knot" embodying the entrustment  of beautiful emotions.

The sculpture takes the form of a knot, which in Chinese culture represents connection, unity, and destiny. It conveys the emotional bonds between people, as well as the harmonious coexistence between humans, nature, and society.

"Heart of Knot" highlights the core of the artwork, emphasizing the connection of "hearts." It calls on people to build relationships with sincerity, kindness, and love, working together to create a better future.

The piece is presented with simple lines and planes, eschewing intricate details to accentuate the knot's aesthetic form and sense of strength. This approach guides viewers to focus on the spiritual essence of the artwork.

Artist Statement
