Embracing emptiness is a way of life that reflects knowing when to move forward and when to hold back — an art of moderation and balance. 
 
留白是知所進退，適可而止的一種人生的態度。 
 
 
About Artist 關於藝術家 
 
A renowned architect and artist from Hong Kong, he has been recognized as one of Hong Kong’s Top Ten Outstanding Youths and Top Ten Designers, appointed as a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong, and was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by HJ in 2022. He has held solo exhibitions in London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Taipei, with his works widely collected by museums around the world.  

Mr. Fung currently serves as an Honorary Advisor to the Hong Kong Leisure and Cultural Services Department Museums, a board member of the Hong Kong Arts Centre, an advisor to the Hong Kong Architecture Centre, a member of the History Committee at the University of Chicago (Hong Kong campus), and a member of the Strategic Committee of the Hong Kong Observatory. He has also served as a board member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, a board member of the M+ Museum, a board member of the Hong Kong Palace Museum, a member of the Harbourfront Commission, a member of the Revitalization of Historic Buildings Committee, an adjunct professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. 
 
香港著名建築師及藝術家、香港十大傑出青年及十大設計師、香港太平紳士及獲HJ於2022頒發終身成就獎。先後在倫敦、巴黎、紐約、東京、北京、上海、杭州、廣州、 深圳、台北舉辦個展，其作品廣為各地博物館收藏。  

馮氏現為香港康文署博物館榮譽顧問、香港藝術中心董事、香港建築中心顧問、芝加哥大學(香港分校）歷史委員會委員及香港天文台策略委員會委員。他亦曾為香港西九管理局董事、M+博物館董事、香港故宮文化博物館董事、海濱事務委員會委員、活化歷史建築委員會委員、香港中文大學兼任教授及北京中央美術學院客席教授。
